This is a book about a girl named Cindy. At her school you are either predator or prey. The predators rule the halls, and the prey just has to stay out of their way. Cindy isn't allowed to wear pants to school, has braces and her mom even curls her hair. Although she is prey most of the time in some classes she opens up, like in her favorite class, English. It's a good this she isn't shy in English because one day after school while she is waiting for her mom to pick her up she wanders into the English room and her teacher brings up a really great idea. Cindy could be a writer.
