BOOKS IN THE SERIES:
The Son of Neptune
The Mark of Athena
The House of Hades
The Blood of Olympus
UAC's rating:
By Rick Riordan
This is the second mythology series by Rick Riordan, and is a continuation from the first one (Percy Jackson and the Olympians). It is about seven half-bloods on a quest to stop Gaea, the Earth Mother. These demigods are from both godly camps, Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter, who have been hidden from each other for centuries. Now, they are on the verge of war, and monsters can't die. Why? Gaea has control of the Doors of Death, and has released all twelve giants back into the world. To stop here, the demigods will have to journey to Greece, defeat the giants, settle the rift between the Greeks and Romans, and go into Tartarus to close the Doors of Death. It seems impossible. Can they do it? Read this series to find out.
This is the funniest, best series that I have ever read. It combines action and humor the entire way, and Greek and Roman myths are cleverly intertwined the whole way. It gets five stars and beyond. Review by: UAC
BOOKS IN THE SERIES:
The Adventures of Rabbi Harvey
Rabbi Harvey Rides Again
Rabbi Harvey vs. The Wisdom Kid
Truesmiley's Rating:
By Steve Sheinkin
This is a hilarious series. They have a bunch of wisdom stories and (just to add coolness) they take place in the wild west! The first two books have lots of stories and the third one is one big story. There are lots of problems that you have to solve as a rabbi, just how does Rabbi Harvey do it? Read this book to find out.
These are some of the funniest books I have ever read and its so fun to trick people with riddles! I rate this book a four because the only colours are black, yellow and some brown.😜Review by Truesmiley
BOOKS IN THE SERIES:
The School For Good and Evil
A World Without Princes
The Last Ever After
Quests for Glory
A Crystal of Time
One True King
UAC's rating:
The School for Good and Evil is a series that I personally don't like much. It is about two girls named Sofie and Agatha, who are best friends. They have pretty much opposite personalities, and they've heard of the School for Good and Evil, a place where heroes and villains like Snow White and the Evil Queen, are trained. Sofie dreams of being sent to the school, to be a hero in the School for Good, and everyone expects Agatha to be in the School for Evil. But when the destiny happens, and it's really the other way around, they set off a storm of problems, entangling their fates with that of Tedros, son of King Arthur. Will the girls be able to make up for their mistakes and save the world, or will they just doom themselves and make even more?
This is not my favorite series; it's really hard to keep track of what's what and who's good, who's evil. I'll give it two stars. Review by: UAC

UAC's rating:
This is a historical fiction series, so it fits well with the monthly theme of July, 2021. In this series, each book is about a kid who survives a major world event, like the Great Chicago Fire, or the Japanese Tsunami. There are always lots of facts, but there is also a touching part. You can't help but hold your breath at these amazing cliff-hangers, the terror the main character feels, and just the overall emotion in these books. I also like this series because you can read the books in really any order you like. However, these books are more than a little scary, so are not recommended for young kids. Review by: UAC

This is an amazing series. There are so many books in it. It is about cats that live in the forest, different then the casual house cat you see around. There are four clans and they each have their own territories. They hunt, protect their clan and fight to survive! There are so many things to deal with like rankings and Starclan. Cats just got a lot more interesting.
This is one of the best series I have ever read, 'cause I love cats. I rate this series four stars.🤩Review by: Truesmiley

Wings of Fire is my favorite series EVER! It is all about dragons. There are many types of dragons and each tribe has its own queen. Three moons, what am I rambling on about? What I think you should know is that in the books there are three moons and it is common to say. It kind of means "good grief" or "oh my". There are prophecies in wings of fire. Prophecies are interpreted by NightWings, who can see the future. There are three prophecies in the series and each prophecy is its own mini series.
This is a really good series and it is really awesome. There are fifteen books , and the first book is rated in the Past Reviews section.I rate this series five stars. 🤣Review by: Truesmiley

This is a great series about the Penderwick family. To start, the family has four sisters, one dad, and one dog, but it is ever-growing. The sisters always have hilarious and dramatic solutions to every problem, with the help of some of their friends, Jefferey, Nick, Tommy, Iantha, and others. For more specific adventures, read this series. There are five books.
This series is so funny and eventful, I like it a lot. The first book is rated in the Past Reviews section. It definitely gets five stars. Review by: UAC

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
UAC's rating:
By J.K. Rowling
This is my favorite series in the whole universe. It is about a young wizard named (you guessed it) Harry Potter. He is a little different (in a good way) than most wizards or witches. Harry bares a scar, giving to him by the deadliest wizard ever: Lord Voldemort, who somehow disappeared after Harry was attacked. But as it turns out after Harry goes to the Wizarding World's most widely known school; Hogwarts, part of him still lingers. Read this story to join Harry and his best friends, Ron and Hermione, in Harry's quest to dig up these secrets and destroy them once and for all.
This is, as I already said, my favorite book series in the whole universe, and I love it so much. I love the way you always know who your supposed to dislike, kind of like, LOVE, or REALLY dislike, thanks to J.K. Rowling's descriptive writing. I would give it 10, but 5 is the highest, so it gets a five. (Harry Potter #1 is rated in the star books section.) Review by: UAC
BOOKS IN THE SERIES:
The Lightning Theif
The Sea of Monsters
The Titan's Curse
The Battle of the Labyrinth
The Last Olympian
UAC's rating:
By Rick Riordan
This is the first sub-series in Rick Riordan's mythology series, which I will also rate (The Heroes of Olympus, The Trials of Apollo, Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, and The Kane Chronicles are the others). This series is about a half-blood (half-god, half-mortal) named Percy Jackson, who faces all sorts of dangers with his friends to destroy the evil titan lord of time, Kronos, once and for all. With help from his trainer, Chiron, and other friends from Camp Half-Blood, can Percy finally overcome Kronos, or is he fated to be destroyed along with the rest of his species?
This series is awesome and funny, and I love the way that Greek myths are cleverly interwoven into the story. This definitely gets five stars. Review by: UAC

The Bridge to Never Land
UAC's rating:
By Ridley Pearson and Dave Barry
This series is the story of Peter Pan, the flying boy who lives on Never Land, enemy of Captain Hook. How did an orphaned boy in London, England, work his way up to this? This series explains all that and more. Peter is part of something bigger than he and his mates: he's part of the Starcatchers. Their goal? To prevent The Others from getting their hands on the mysterious and powerful starstuff. They come into so many close calls, it is impossible they will succeed... Right?
This is a really good, suspenseful series, it combines fantasy, mystery, romance, humor, and more! I rate this series four stars. Review by: UAC
