This a really great book about religion. The main character is a girl named Caroline who is in grade seven. She is going through a tough time, her nana just died. At the funeral she meets her great aunt Gertrude, who she does not like. Also her friend is having a bat mitzvah. Caroline is only half Jewish but her family is not religious. She starts to wonder if her nana would have wanted her to be Jewish. Read this book to find out if she embraces her identity, or not.

This was an interesting book that, but it was a bit boring at times. I rate it a three.😁Review by Truesmiley.
