This book is about a girl named Elizabeth Somers whose parents died in a car crash when she was little. Elizabeth lives with her aunt and uncle in a rickety old house and has a pretty boring life, until she sees a pamphlet for a hotel called WinterHouse lying on the table. Elizabeth askes her aunt and uncle what it's for and finds out that they are going on a trip far away until winter break is over and that somehow they have enough money to send Elizabeth to WinterHouse while they are away! What will it be like for Elizabeth to go there on her own? And what will she discover at this mysterious hotel?

I loved this book and it hade some pretty anxious moments, but it was not the best book ever so it's a four😎 Review by: Truesmiley
